the room was neat the wellness area in the basement was acceptable.
the hot tub water was not clean i found this to be a significant oversight. the room temperature was too warm i struggled to adjust it to a comfortable level. the overall experience was a bit disappointing due to these issues.

the room had a stylish appearance and the bed was comfortable. the bathroom was clean it looks amazing. i enjoyed the convenient spa center. breakfast was great with many choices.
the hot tub water WAS unclean. room temperature was warm.

the breakfast had many choices (i loved the pastries!). the sky bar was a nice addition for evening drinks. the room was very clean and the decor was nice. the staff were really helpful and friendly.
the hot tub water could have been cleaner.

The location is pretty good for getting around. breakfast had a nice selection of items. It was quite copious. the staff were very helpful, especially the people at the front desk!
the hot tub's water did not look very clean. the room temperature was a little too warm for me. i reminded me of the room needed more thorough cleaning.

i found it super easy to get to from kalvin ter. the staff was so lovely! xena and sophie helped me with bike hire. the hotel has a great sustainability thing to save water and detergents. the room? spacious and light!
they only cleaned the room once in three days. the kleenex was not refilled. the floors werent swept and that bothered me. extra glasses were not taken away from the room.
